The Master in Cybersecurity trains qualified graduates in the field of ICT security.
This program focuses on both theoretical and practical aspects of cybersecurity, to meet the growing needs of society.

To be eligible for admission to the Master’s degree, students need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foreign qualification with specific curricular requirements:
Curriculum
An adequate personal curriculum studiorum is defined in terms of knowledge, competences and capabilities in the framework of Computer Science and Information Engineering such as programming, communication networks and information systems.
Degree classification
Degree classification equivalent to at least 84/110 (only for italian bachelor degree).
English Level
An adequate knowledge of the English language is also required, at least level B2 (reading and listening).
Kind of degree
Possession of the degree in the class L-8 – class of degrees in information engineering and L-31 – class of degrees in computer science and technology or alternatively a fixed number of credits in the following SSD
The student’s knowledge verification is performed according to the methodologies described in the Regulation of the Course of Study.
The Admission Committee evaluate applications of those candidates having an Italian Degree not regulated by DM 509/99 or DM 270/2004, or with a foreign degree.

The skills required by a CyberSecurity specialist, which are the basis of this Master’s Degree project, include:
Project activities
Ability to design, implement, validate and maintain secure IT and communication infrastructures and systems.
Individual training
Ability to clearly communicate the most appropriate results and strategic lines resulting from the analysis of system security.
Laboratory activities
Ability to work both independently and in groups, guiding projects and making decisions.
